Sun rose from West that day
So this is the moment I’m writing when ones gets traumatised
at the transformation of relations that they go through. When the purest of the
relations in the world is tainted by the one whom is involved in it, not only
it pulls off the curtain of holiness and innate familial love, it also
constrains us to realise that no one is yours. Mind you, NO ONE.
Call it destiny, karma or negligence of the transformation
that was happening backstage that resulted in the catastrophic mishap; when the
one who was joined with an umbilical cord repays his mother with the harshest comments three decades later just because
“things didn't fall” according to the former.
The brazen and abominably indescribable misconduct rips the listener to
the core that even death looks sweeter.
Is matrimony so dreadful
that it pulls apart a person from its family that nothing seems right except
the spouse? Does marrying the person of your choice gives you the right to
utter unimaginable words to your mother like a dog wags it’s tail? Or the
happiness of your spouse supersedes that of your mother? Answers to all of the
above questions is NO. Why blame the sanctimonious matrimony? Why question the
integrity of your mother? Why drag family into this?
You yourself are to be
blamed for this. You yourself are to be impugned for the very fact that if a
third person coaxes and hovers over your head for the problems they are facing
and blaming your family for their state. You are entirely responsible for not
keeping up with the values those were nurtured in you in your upbringing. Why
blame entirely the new entrant? You are equally accountable for being misguided
and lured to the extent that a mere complaint makes you backlash at your own
blood.
A person that fought till
death for the love of her posterity is back stabbed for no reason, atrociously.
Words do hurt. More than a sword. Silence hurts even more, when the need of the
moment is to speak.
The repercussions will be
disastrous, I know, in my heart of hearts. Undreamed-of, they will be.
